Iris Virus in Atlanta

Iris Viris, our friendly traveling Computer Bug, visited Atlanta Beltline, a wonderful inner city park and greenspace. The Atlanta BeltLine is one of the most comprehensive revitalization efforts ever undertaken a major city and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment  currently underway in the United States. Iris took a tour of some of the trails and walkways, visiting the best of Atlanta upcycled public art and sculptures along the Beltline.

Iris was thrilled to find upcycle art master William Macy's "The Art of Reconciliation"...An installation incorporated with old and dilapidated found-objects compiled to form a new whole;  A sculpture full of creative community and collaboration. He refer's to his work as " from gutter to glory". Working with found objects and re-purposed materials, things that have already had a previous purpose and life. Iris couldn't be more at home!
